Dr. Amar Katranji is a periodontist specializing in dental implant placement, advanced bone grafting, and full-arch restoration, with a focus on complex cases other providers refer out. He holds a B.A., D.D.S., and M.S. in Periodontics from the University of Michigan, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, and serves on the Dean’s Faculty at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He also founded a regional dental implant study group.

Laurence Girard is the founder of Healthcare Shares, a physician-backed venture fund and studio, and Hippocrates Ventures, an early-stage VC firm backing medical device and digital health startups. He completed Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development, was named a 2024 Sloan Fellow at London Business School.

Kenan Katranji is Chief Medical Information Officer at NYC Health + Hospitals and NYU Langone Health, and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. His work focuses on digital health, using technology to expand access to care and improve how it’s delivered.

Jackie Reckamp is a Lead Data Engineer at 84.51. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Data Science, with a concentration in Machine Learning, from Purdue University, and also studied international communication in London. She built a project that explored privacy policies using Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA), performing SVD on a TF‑IDF matrix to analyze word relationships, alongside a predictive model to anticipate whether privacy policies would be comprehensible.

Leila Maleki studied Environmental Studies and Sustainability at Michigan State University and holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, with additional coursework in Antarctica and Argentina. She previously helped grow Traxen, a company building technology for safer driving, more efficient fuel use, and data-driven insights for the heavy-duty trucking industry.

Ahmed Al-ansi is a Computer Science graduate from Yemen specializing in Arabic NLP and computational linguistics. He is a published IEEE researcher who designed a multidimensional evaluation framework for Arabic RAG systems, combining hybrid retrieval, semantic similarity, named-entity-based hallucination detection, linguistic quality, and lexical metrics. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science and Information Science from Dhamar University.
